COVID 19

I am taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of my clients and employees is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID - 19). I am closely monitoring the official advice given and the guidelines from Public Health England. Please find details below of the steps I am taking to ensure your safety.

To ensure the Studio is as safe as possible I have updated my procedures, completed various CPD courses and I have put together the following protocol in addition to usual hygiene precautions, these may of course be adjusted as restrictions change;

1. Please re-arrange your appointment if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive.

2. Clients are not required to wear a mask, however, this may change in line with Government guidelines.

3. Appointments will be suitably spaced to prevent clients coming within 2 metres of each other.

4. Clients will be asked to sanitise hands on entry and I will wash hands before and after each client.a

5. Gloves (for treatments that require them) are single use and disposed of in lined bin marked ‘waste.’

6. Metal equipment is disinfected and sterilised after each client.

7. Work stations and couch are disinfected after every treatment using an antibacterial and anti viral solution. Couch is covered also in paper towel, towels are laundered after every use.

8. Metal implements are sterilised in Barbicide (hospital grade disinfectant which kills viruses)

9. High touch areas (handles, switches, lamp etc.) are disinfected hourly/between clients.
